Welcome to Dawg House Gymnastics! This page is designed to help families understand our policies, class commitments, billing procedures and the variety of programs/classes we offer. Please review this information carefully, as it applies to all athletes and families enrolled at Dawg House Gymnastics.

Registration & Account Setup

A $30 yearly registration fee is required for all athletes

All families must create an account through iClass

The iClass registration link can be found on our website: www.dawghousegym.com

Payment information must be kept current in your iClass account at all times

Tuition & Billing Policies

Tuition is posted to accounts on the 1st of each month

Tuition will be automatically drafted on the 5th of the month using the payment method on file

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment information is accurate and up to date

Dropping a Class
​

Classes must be dropped before the end of the current month to avoid being charged for the following month
-
Drops made after the last day of the month will result in tuition charged for the following month
-
All class changes and drops must be completed through your iClass account or by contacting the gym directly by emailing gymnasticsdawghouse@gmail.com

Make-Up Class Policy
​

If Dawg House Gymnastics closes unexpectedly or if there are fewer than four classes in a month, a make-up token will be added to the athlete’s account

To use a make-up token:

Log into your iClass account

Select the make-up token
-
Choose the class you wish to attend
-

No make-up classes will be given for absences, unless accompanied by a doctor’s note

Make-up tokens have no cash value and must be used according to availability
